My Beautiful Day in Bali

Have you ever visited to Bali? Some of you may visited and some others may not visited. As my fell, Bali is Beautiful place. In my last holiday, I had a wonderful experience in my life. I went to Bali with all of my friends and some of lecturers from English Study Program of Muhammadiyah University Metro. This activities is refers to completed KKL program in fifth semester.  We went  On Sunday 3 July we went to the Bali. We went to Bali by bus. We started this holiday by prayed together in basketball field and the leader of this program gave some advice for us. It was so born, because we had a traffic on the road and it’s taken by 3 days and 2 night before we arrived in Bali.

There are some parameters why Bali there is said to be beautiful place. And the first, I visited at Uluwatu temple. Uluwatu Temple is situated at an altitude of 97 meters from sea level, on the bridge of rocks high and steep and overhanging the sea. This temple is one of the Temple of Heaven Sad believed by Hindus as a buffer from the nine cardinals. This temple was originally used as a place to worship a holy priest of the 11th century named Empu Kuturan. He is down teaching Indigenous Village with all the rules. Then the temple was also used to worship the holy priest that followed, namely Nirartha Dang Hyang, who came to Bali in late 1550 (around the 16th century) and ending on the sacred journey that in this place known by the name Moksah / Ngeluhur. There are many a naughty monkeys I saw in there. It was so funny because the monkeys would taken a things who brought by a tourists. So, I must be careful when I met this animal. Uluwatu Temple is also famous for its directly below is the beach Pecatu often used as a place for surf sports. International events are also often held in this place.

The second place is Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park. Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) cultural park, which is the figure used for the realization of modernization, spiritual, cultural and ancient traditions. Dewa Wisnu (Lord Vishnu) in Hindu belief is the patron god or maintainer of the universe. While the bird Garuda which is the vehicle of Lord Vishnu, symbolizing freedom and devotion. GWK thus expected to be a symbol of environmental rescue mission and the world. Vishnu statue which made from a mixture of copper and steel, weighing 4000 tons, with a height of 75 meters and 60 meters wide it is the work that I Nyoman Nuarta, built around 1997. We have developed a cultural park and became landmarks for Bali and Indonesia Tourism. It was so amazing statue, I never look a big statue like that before.

The third place is Kuta Beach. Kuta Beach is often referred to as sunset beach. White sand beaches with long stretches up to the airport area I Ngurai Gusti Rai. Besides the beauty of the beach, Kuta beach also offers various other types of entertainment such as bars, restaurants, water boom, and Bali Slingshot. Kuta Beach also has pretty good waves for surfing sports, especially for novice surfers. From noon until late afternoon, Kuta Beach is widely used as a surfing activities, sunbathing, playing ball or just enjoy the beautiful sunset. This is my wonderful destination in Kuta, because I remembered that in 2006 years that happened a sadly incident. When Amrozi and friends bombed the cafe near from Kuta Beach.

            After 3 days I spent my great holiday in beautiful island, then my time to went in my home. On the way back home I felt so an emotional, why I must leave this beautiful place. However, are still many people who do not know in depth about the uniqueness of Balinese culture, Bali is very beautiful place.
